Membership Agreement

Please review and agree to our terms before subscribing

To ensure the best experience and clear expectations, please acknowledge the following conditions of the Essential Skin Maintenance subscription before proceeding to checkout.

I understand that if I do not use my Essential Skin Maintenance session within 30 days of payment, the unused session will not roll over and will be forfeited.

I understand that I can cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice submitted prior to my next payment date.

I agree that if I am late by 30 minutes or more and miss my appointment window, my session will need to be rescheduled and my $20 deposit will be non-refundable.

I understand that I may place my account on "Hold" for a maximum of 2 months per year, and I may gift my facial to a friend up to twice a year (must be requested through salon staff).

I understand that additional discounts and promotions cannot be applied to the value of this monthly subscription.

I acknowledge that my subscription operates on Rolling Dates, meaning I will automatically be billed every month on the exact date of my original sign-up.
